This Privacy Policy explains how PSG Luxe collects, uses and protects personal information provided through this website and in the course of our services.
This website is operated by Zora Mgmt Pty Ltd trading as PSG Luxe. This policy is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
Website enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the personal information you provide (such as name, contact details, organisation and enquiry content) and use it to respond to your enquiry and to support related correspondence.
Contact form submissions
Contact form submissions are transmitted to PSG Luxe as a notification email through our secure backend. We do not permanently store contact enquiries in a database. Information submitted via contact and enquiry forms is used solely for the purposes stated in the form or reasonably inferred from your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.
Careers expressions of interest
Information submitted through the Careers form is used to assess suitability for current or future roles, to arrange communications with candidates and to maintain a considered talent register. Submissions do not constitute an application for any advertised role and receiving an expression of interest does not guarantee that you will be contacted or considered.
CV uploads
Curriculum vitae and supporting documents are uploaded through our website to a private storage location managed by our backend platform. Files are stored under randomly generated names, retained as confidential candidate information, and access is limited to authorised People and Culture personnel through short-lived, signed access links. Uploaded files are not published to public URLs.
Backend processing and storage (Lovable Cloud)
This website is built on the Lovable platform and its integrated backend (Lovable Cloud), which provides our database, storage and server-side processing. Form submissions and CV uploads are processed and stored using Lovable Cloud infrastructure hosted in the Asia Pacific region.
Transactional email delivery
Internal form-notification emails are sent through Lovable's managed transactional email service using the PSG Luxe sender subdomain. Visitor acknowledgement emails are not currently issued.
Service providers
Personal information may be handled by trusted service providers who help us deliver our services and this website, including our backend platform (Lovable), our email delivery service and specialist providers we arrange on your behalf. Providers are engaged subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations.
Resident preference information
Where a resident consents, we may retain preference information (such as dietary, travel or service preferences) to support service continuity. Preferences may be reviewed, corrected or withdrawn at any time.
Cookies
This website may use functional cookies necessary for the site to operate. Cookies do not identify you individually and may be disabled in your browser settings.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate use of the site and improve performance. Analytics data does not identify individual users.
Data security

Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and any related legal or operational requirements. Unsuccessful career expressions of interest and associated CV uploads are retained for up to 12 months from submission, after which they are deleted from our active records unless we have your consent to retain them for longer. Contact enquiries are retained in our correspondence records for a reasonable period to support related follow-up.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy complaint, by contacting us at info@psgluxe.com.au. We will consider and respond to requests within a reasonable time.
